AIDS Interfaith
AIDS Interfaith Network, Inc. (AIN) is a multicultural, non-profit, HIV/AIDS service organization whose programs are designed to meet the practical, emotional, and spiritual needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS, and their families, friends, and caregivers.
AIDS Resource Center
The Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation established in 1983 by members of the board of the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance. The Center operates the John Thomas Gay & Lesbian Community Center, AIDS Resource Center, and Nelson-Tebedo Health Resource Center (Clinic). The mission of the Center is to create awareness, foster understanding, and fulfill the needs of the gay and lesbian community through education, health, and social programs that are available to all people.
AIDS Services of Dallas
The mission of ASD is to create and strengthen healthy communities through the delivery of quality, affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. ASD's mission includes advocacy, education, and the development of affordable housing options and community development opportunities, both for its residents living with HIV/AIDS, and for economically disadvantaged people.
Cathedral of Hope
Our community needs spiritual centers to which they may look for guidance, resources, and inspiration. We are called to be the large urban church that has extra resources to share with people in more rural areas. Our outreach extends to lesbians, gays, and other excluded people.
Family Pride Coalition
The mission of the Family Pride Coalition is to achieve equality the well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered parents and their families through advocacy, education and support!
Human Rights Campaign
As America's largest gay and lesbian organization, the Human Rights Campaign
provides a national voice on gay and lesbian issues. HRC is a bipartisan
organization that works to advance equality based on sexual orientation
and gender expression and identity, to ensure that
gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans can be open, honest
and safe at home, at work and in the community.
Turtle Creek Chorale
The mission of the Turtle Creek Chorale is to enhance the musical and cultural lives of its audience through the presentation of male choral music and other musical activities and to promote harmony and spread goodwill throughout the world.
Women's Chorus of Dallas
The Women's Chorus of Dallas (TWCD) was founded in 1989 with 32 women and has grown to over 100 dedicated members striving for choral excellence while celebrating the power and diversity of women. Our chorus is committed to utilizing music as an effective medium for changing the lives of others. The Women's Chorus of Dallas has become recognized as one of the nation's finest women's community choruses by providing musical excellence and quality entertainment with a repertoire that includes a range of music from Bach to Broadway.
